APPOINTMENT INQUIRY FORM
This booking window is for the months of NOVEMBER and DECEMBER only. Fill out the information below as thoroughly as possible and I will get back to you via text with information regarding setting up an appointment. Please be patient with response time and understand I can only take on so many people per month, so if I can’t get to you now feel free to try again next booking window and I will do my best to accommodate.
I will give booking priority to those who have design ideas that match my interests, those that allow me to have full creative freedom with their designs, and those that have unfinished work with me. I do not work on/finish other artists’ work and at this time I am not taking on cover up projects.
Deposits of $100 are required for ALL appointments. This nonrefundable deposit is taken through Venmo and goes towards the total price of the tattoo. As for pricing, I will provide you with an estimate range after reviewing your appointment inquiry. This quote will be based off of the information you provide, and is subject to change depending on design edits, final sizing choices, and total time used during out appointment. My minimum pricing for custom work is $300 (yes, that means even if you just want a quote, a letter, or a single dot, it will start at $300). On the day of our appointment I only accept cash for payment, so please make necessary arrangements so that you’re prepared before arriving.
